TK PRO‘s Nighthawk was designed with stealth and a no-fuss mentality. We wanted a straightforward OTF knife that was easy to deploy and ready to perform. Nighthawk is built with D2 blade to maintain sharpness after countless uses. In addition to that, the handle-face-switch gives it additional leverage for deployment. It makes it easier to activate the knife and retract the knife. It also allows ergonomic carry whether you are right-handed or left-handed without worrying about the pocket clip position.
The Nighthawk is equipped with a Tanto style D2 blade. When it is fully extended, the whole knife reaches a total of 8.19 inches. When it is retracted, the handle measures at 4.96 inches.

I teetered between rating this knife 4 to 5 stars, as I’m of the opinion that something should be truly great to earn 5. The Nighthawk is close. Fit and finish are excellent, especially for the price. Style-wise, I really like the minimal, nearly symmetrical handle, and the aggressive tanto blade shape. And perhaps the best part of this knife is the incredibly snappy action. Really, the only minor gripe I have with the NightHawk is that it wasn’t razor sharp out of the box, and being D2, it’s likely going to be a PitA to sharpen. So, I can’t give it more than 4-4.5 on it’s own merits. But from my experience, the outstanding service from the people at TacKnives bumps the Nighthawk up to a 5 star user OTF. Recommend to anyone who values their money!
A little larger than I thought it would be, but very sharp when it arrived. Action is great. Handle could use some texture or something to aid in grip
The blade construction is awesome and figure this is why it’s more expensive than the rest. The double action spring mechanics are very high quality, comparable to knives double in price. Grabbing this on super sale along with a bonus carrying case which can attach to a belt was def worth buying, def rec to everyone.
