We will try to process your order as soon as possible. However, sometimes it can be 2-3 days to build your knife and can be 2-5 days of shipping time. We are not responsible for delays due to the shipping company or natural causes.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You may click on the tracking number directly and it will show you the tracking.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We will certainly make it right for you. Please take a picture of the knife you received and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take care of you.
We will replace your order if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with your order number.

We warranty our knives for life on manufacturing defects. We DO NOT warranty normal wear and tear under normal usage.
To warrant your knife, we will need you to send it to us, and we will also need to purchase the $10 return shipping back to you from our website.
We will repair your knife for a flat fee of $25. In the event, we can’t repair your knife, we will offer a knife of the same one at 40% off. Please email us to get the repair process started.
