Orders and Shipping
We try to process your order on the same day. However, on days of a promotional sale, it can be take 3-4 days to build your knives and an additional 3-5 days in transportation.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You may click on the tracking number directly and it will show you the tracking.
No, your credit card information is not stored on file.
There is no sales tax.
We currently ship to entire United States and Alaska
It depends on how many items it is.
Our knives are made in China. We assemble the knives at our warehouse in Miami, Florida.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We will certainly make it right for you. Please take a picture of the knife you received and email us at email@example.com. We will take care of you.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
