The TacKnives MTUP2 OTF is a large fully automatic double action OTF (Out The Front) knife that comes standard with CNC aviation Zinc Alloy handles. The 100% CNC Construction of the handle makes for a precise fit of the handle and the blade. The 100% CNC Construction is not only for the exterior, but it is also the interior and the operating components as well.
All TacKnives knives are designed with EDC (Everyday Carry) in mind. Therefore, ergonomics are everything. The MTUP2 handle shape is well balanced and feels natural in the hand of the operator.
The blade of the MTUP2 is a double edge stone-washed style blade.
Inside the MTUP2 OTF knife, you will find our new dual spring technology where it gives the MTUP3 its consistent firing and super rapid deployment. The trigger is designed to be at the most ergonomic position for your thumb. The trigger action is both crisp and smooth.
Since every TacKnives knives are designed with EDC in mind, you will find almost all TacKnives knives are equipped with a ballistic glass breaker and a stainless steel pocket clip. Both features are extremely essential in an EDC knife.
All TacKnives OTF knives are extremely safe to operate and use. TacKnives OTF knives come with a built-in safety that will not allow the blade to fully deploy if anything is obstructing its path. Once in “safety mode” the blade will need to be reset by pulling the blade all the way into its locking position making it fully functional again.

Very Sturdy Knife. I was surprised at the heft of this knife. Seems very well built. Good, strong otf action, in and out! The glass breaker on the back is a added bonus. What can be better than the design? Happy 4th to me!
hi, tacknives . i can only send a review, no picture because this was a gift for a dear friend in another state and was shipped to him.. that alone should say it all. I am absolutely certain that tacknives are a fantastic product or why would i purchase one for a dear friend. oh by the way I have multiple tacknives & I have given several tacknives as gifts to family & friends. knowing this also will help grow tacknives, why should I care (you ask) because this is a great product & a great company who stands 100% behind their superior quality products. if that is not enough, then you should purchase from other companies AND you WILL get alot less for much more $$ from other knife makers
Very smooth action. The blade is razor sharp. And the case and the sheath appear to be excellent quality.
