My Tac Zipper had a bent, loose clip and the screws wouldn’t tighten. Customer Service sent out a new clip and screws. These work perfectly. Great service.

Easily my favorite knife I've ever owned and I've owned every big-name knife. The Unnamed crushes: the blade is perfectly heat-treated and mine is at 63.5HRC. The clip-point slides and pierces so well its wild that it's not more popular. It also has THE BEST stonewash I've ever seen on a knife. The scales have the best micro-milling that is perfect blend of tactile and practical without being abrasive. I stonewashed my scales only because I am a stonewash addict. For real if you are on the fence buy this knife and I garuntee you won't regret it.

I absolutely love this Knife! I carry it every day. I bought it as a scatch and dent and other than a tiny bit of blade wobble, you would have never known it. Blade has stayed sharp with normal everyday use. I definitely recommend purchasing the +Care service warranty when you purchase a knife! I did not and when my spring broke I thought I was SOL! I contacted them about the issue, gave some info and purchased the $5 warranty. They had a replacement spring and plate at my door within a few days. Although there was some mix up with the size I didn't fret, i know their awesome customer service will make it right. I will definitely purchase more knives from Tacknives.

    The first knife I had got messed up pretty bad. After getting ahold of customer service and the warranty department they went above and beyond to help. Not only was the damage my fault they were willing to get me a new blade for it. One thing led to another and a new blade was not able to be obtained. I love the knife I used it everyday so I settled on getting some screws to replace it I got it in the mail today and Not only did they replace my knife they sent a carrying case and a sheath! Best costumer service I’ve had in a very long time.I was there was a way to give six stars!
