It seems ok so far. I've only had it a few days but it hasn't misfired as of yet (and I've deployed and retracted it alot. It's very comfortable in the hand. Time will tell if it continues to operate without misfiring. I am torn if they are actually worth the price tho. The handle looks identical to an Atomic otf (which is almost half the price), and since the parts all come from China and are just assembled here... it, for all I know, could be a rubber coated Atomic that's being charged double because it's assembled here in the states. I don't know one way or the other. I do know that, as my first OTF, I really like it. That being said I will probably save up for an American made brand with a better steel blade. Just not sure how much I trust these. I may buy another "cheap" one here, but I'd never buy a TK Pro at their price point when the parts come from China. This is my fifth knife from TK knives. I got the other one for my gentleman's knife and for a comparison. These are durable knives and worth the money! Durable enough that I trust my daughter's life with it! Because I gave her one.

I bought this Medium-Size OTF Double Action Safety Knife Out-The-Front MD2DP for a gift and I like it so much I'm going to hate to see it go. I like the textured grip on this one and it fits very nicely in your pocket.

I am using this knife for basic, around the ranch work. It is wonderful; I absolutely love it! I am very happy with the size (I am female so I have a smaller hand than most men) as it fits perfectly in my grip. The blade is super sharp and just the right size for my needs. I love the case that came with it to keep it on my belt and with me all day. This is my new, favorite knife. These knives are very well made and I believe we will get many years of use from them.
