I have been curious about this company for a while and decided to take the plunge. I have to say that I am really impressed, especially at this price point. so far I would say that it is right on par with my ultratech or live wire and it is very light. fantastic knife and customer service. they had this knife shipped out within 8 hours of my order and I received it in 2 days.

I have an Ultratech(UT) and this compares to it favorably at half the price. The blade is the same length as an UT but is slightly thinner in profile. The ergonomics and texture in hand feel a little better to me than an UT. The pocket clip goes in and out of the pocket easier, The switch to deploy the blade is nice and requires less pressure and the switch button itself feels better on the thumb than the UT. The fit/finish/quality is on par with the UT if not better. Overall I prefer it to the UT especially when you take the sale prices into account. Pictured it is next to the UT Spartan for size comparisons.

MTU15RT Knife came with scratches/chip to the back clip and the mystery mini Otf came scratched as well and appearing dirty/used. Box was open and knife was just floating around in the plastic packaging. Also, back clip appears to be made of a cheap plastic and not titanium alloy as stated but I could be wrong. Overall, I do like the MTU15RT and am happy with it despite the chip/scratch. The knife seems well made and I love how light it is compared to some of my other cheaper otf’s. I’d buy again from TK , just hope their quality control is better next time.

This is one solid litte knive...fires and retracts very nicely and it comes in a sweet hard carrying case.. For the price I couldn't believe how good the quality of this knive is....and it has less blade play than my Microtech utx ...and shipping is super fast..Two days and I had my order,,, it was shipped UPS and not by the pony express aka USPS....I will be shopping here again...

  1. Very happy with this knife, excellent quality.

  2. Very neat and very good fit and finish. I would say just
as good as Microtech or any other higher end Brands.
