The TacKnives MTUP4 OTF is a large fully automatic double action OTF (Out The Front) knife that comes standard with CNC aviation Zinc Alloy handles. The 100% CNC Construction of the handle makes for a precise fit of the handle and the blade. The 100% CNC Construction is not only for the exterior, but it is also the interior and the operating components as well.
All TacKnives knives are designed with EDC (Everyday Carry) in mind. Therefore, ergonomics are everything. The MTUP4 handle shape is well balanced and feels natural in the hand of the operator.
The blade of the MTUP4 is a Tanto style blade.
Inside the MTUP4 OTF knife, you will find our new dual spring technology where it gives the MTUP4 its consistent firing and super rapid deployment. The trigger is designed to be at the most ergonomic position for your thumb. The trigger action is both crisp and smooth.
Since every TacKnives knives are designed with EDC in mind, you will find almost all TacKnives knives are equipped with a ballistic glass breaker and a stainless steel pocket clip. Both features are extremely essential in an EDC knife.
All TacKnives OTF knives are extremely safe to operate and use. TacKnives OTF knives come with a built-in safety that will not allow the blade to fully deploy if anything is obstructing its path. Once in “safety mode” the blade will need to be reset by pulling the blade all the way into its locking position making it fully functional again.
Very nice knife! Blade is super Sharp out of the box! Solid, well built construction with nylon locking sheath and lined zippered carrying case. Well worth the money!
What a great value for a great knife. Was pleasantly surprised by the overall feel of the knife. Heavier than I thought it would be but that’s not a bad thing. Seems to be solidly built with quality materials. Came with a soft, lined case for display purposes and a tactical nylon sheath ready to clip on your belt. Already recommended tacknives and this blade in particular to couple friends.

Awesome deal! This knife feels very solid and cost me half the price of smaller, cheaper feeling knives. Plus, Tacknives hooked it up with a holster, a very nice padded case(with a morale patch) and a sticker. This is the second knife I bought from them and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be back.😎
