The 100% CNC Construction is not only for the exterior, it is also the interior and the operating components as well. The CNC aviation grade Zinc Alloy is extremely strong, lightweight and durable.

All TacKnives knives are designed with EDC (Everyday Carry) in mind. Therefore, ergonomics are everything. The MTU11G handle is perfectly balanced, so it feels natural in the hand of the operator. The handle on both sides are further CNC out and layered with Carbon Fiber to reduce weight and add grip.

The blade of the MTU11G is a straight double edge style blade. The material of the blade is the highest grade D2.

Inside the MTU11G OTF knife, you will find our new dual spring technology where it gives the MTU11B its consistent firing and super rapid deployment. The trigger is designed to be on the side of the knife where your thumb naturally rest for quick deployment. The trigger action is both crisp and smooth.

Since every TacKnives knives are designed with EDC in mind, you will find almost all TacKnives knives are equipped with a ballistic glass breaker and a stainless steel pocket clip. Both features are extremely essential in an EDC knife. In the case of an emergency, an operator has quick access to his or her knife through accessing it from his or her pocket and rapid deployment of the blade. The glass breaker can easily break a common window.

All TacKnives OTF knives are extremely safe to operate and use. TacKnives OTF knives come with a built-in safety that will not allow the blade to fully deploy if anything is obstructing its path. Once in “safety mode” the blade will need to be reset by pulling the blade all the way into its locking position making it fully functional again.

Awesome design on the handle, very smooth action. Can't find a flaw, even though it is scratch and dent. I knew it was large, but it is very large

I can’t believe they had this knife in the scratch and dent, I can’t see anything wrong with it. It has no blade play, a good strong action with a tight lock up, it came pretty sharp, the knife feels good in your hand. Thanks TK!

The knife looks really great. The fit and finish is nice. There are no rough edges. The clip is strong yet edges smooth so won’t catch on clothing. This was a “scratch & dent” model but heck, I can’t find any blemish at all anywhere on this. The carbon fiber design looks to be a stick on but the screws are recessed and overall it’s a nice product for the price. I gave 3 stars due to blade being a very dull edge. I tried sharpening with basic sharpener but will probably need to reconfirm the edge. Too bad as a knife should be primarily sharp as the name says. The point of blade is tight and sharp. The action is very stiff. It deployed well, takes some effort to retract. The good though is there is no wiggle at all in the blade action and is solid. I’d buy again at price point but would need confirmation that the blade edge would be sharp and functional to cut. Otherwise it looks nice on the shelf with the others. Pics are included. Update: it IS a stiletto blade, not a drop point so the edge notoriously isn’t paper cutting sharp. Now, I was handling while sitting and slipped out of hand and dropped about an inch or 2 and struck my leg point down and put a decent puncture in my skin, so maybe I should/will buy another with drip point or tanto blade to better evaluate blade edge sharpness.
