Quality of this knife surprised me. The action is smooth and strong. The quality on the finish will require some time to determine.

Excellent OTF, but the pouch needs work... I would have put the clip on the same side as the zipper opening. Hanging from a pack or belt loop, if the zipper works itself open like in the picture, you stand a chance to loose whatever isn't in the pouch inside. The knife itself is awesome with a strong deployment and retraction. The blade is sharp with almost no wobble.

Loving this little OTF. Good weight, doesn’t feel like a toy. Blade has minimal movement. My new EDC knife.

Great quality knife! Did come with chips but tools are meant to get beat up

Great knife, great materials. Firm action, typical blade play for an OTF. Not sharp enough to shave out of the box. But very happy with it.

I bought two of the same knife, one for me and one for a gift. As I checked them both out I noticed a difference in both the feel and the mechanical sound between the two, one was definitely different than the other, so manufacturing consistency seems to be an issue. Also had a misfire after about 10 tries on one, pulled the blade and it seems to be OK so far. Other than one being a bit smoother firing than the other which is a little disappointing, they are not bad knives, I really like the weight and feel in my hand.

Love this knife - one of my everyday carry tools. It’s the real deal — not like other knockoffs. Well designed: rugged, D2 blade, hard rubberized handle, and feels machined to tight specs. Minimal blade play.

  3. I have bought several TacKnives. Every one of them operate much better and are more reliable than the high end, high dollar OTF knives I own. I am sold on TacKnives
