MTU15W is categorized as a medium/large size OTF knife. The body of the knife is made with T6-6061 Hard Oxidation Handle. As a result, this knife is extremely light at 2.19oz. In addition to using very high quality material for the handle, the blade is made with D2 steel that is vacuum heat treated. The hardness of the blade is 60HRC. The pocket clip is made with Titanium alloy TC4 with ceramic beads.

After about a month of research this is my first DA OTF knife choice. It was up against some of the heavy hitters “BM” “MT” etc. I don’t think another $200 spent on big name brand would have made me any more happy. THIS KNIFE HITS HARD and is razor sharp . I’m looking forward to another purchase from TK.
