*** I know this is a new launch. But it turned out the factory didn’t do a good job on the anodizing. Almost all the knives have slight paint blemishes. This is really disappointing, but if you can overlook the blemishes, it is a really, really awesome knife.

I am telling you, for the money I paid for this knife, it is top notch. Powerful opening, sharp out of the box,a great reversible pocket clip. I should’ve bought 10 more. If you’re thinking about ordering one, do it. It is bad ass.

This auto is easily worth 10x the price. It fires as hard as a protech, locks up very solid, and blade centering is perfect. I was not even able to tell what the blemishes are which I think speaks highly of the brand if they saw cosmetic issues that small and decided to let these go at a fraction of the intended production run price. I have a hard time even picking a con but if I was forced to I would only say the edge wasn't the sharpest but we are only talking just barely snagging when slicing paper. After a quick strop it was popping hair no problem. Honestly knowing what I know now I would still buy this knife at any price point under $150. When this knife re-releases give yourself a treat and pick one up, you will not be disappointed.

Blade was purchased as a blem, but I can’t find a single thing wrong with it. It looks and performs great.

A really solid knife for the price. The one I received had an incredibly minor blemish on it. Absolutely worth it

I love the ergonomics of this knife. Fits well in my hand. I like the locking mechanism. I really like the blade profile. I would love to see this knife with Micarta scales.

  1. I bought 3, mainly wanted to get my dad a new knife but having 2 for me was a great added bonus. He was blown away when i gave it to him. They are extremely sharp also. I can’t find anything I don’t like personally.

  2. I ordered 2 Goliaths and a mini otf and am Happy with all 3. The all work as expexted and arrived sharp.

  3. The Goliath is a fantastic automatic. It is hefty and solid in hand, and the action is powerful and snappy. The fit and finish actually very high quality (they say this is supposed to be “blemished,” but I don’t see any flaws at all). The only negative issue I had was the pivot screw coming loose quickly. I put a dab of blue loctite on it and tightened it a bit, and it’s just fine now. 14C28N is a fantastic blade steel, and I look forward to years of good use from this one. I wish I would have bought both models while they were discounted! I’ll probably pick up the black coated one eventually, as I really like this knife.

  4. I have several push buttons in my collection, but this is my favorite by far because of price and materials.

  5. excellent excellent! Don’t even notice the blemish and it’s excellent in quality and fitment. 100% approved.
